CPS completed a renovation of Building 351, delivering targeted electrical upgrades to modernize the facility. Power was installed for the overhead doors, our team also outfitted the new steam ventilation and HVAC system with motor starters, disconnects, and variable frequency drives to support improved climate control and energy efficiency. As part of the upgrade, CPS replaced outdated light fixtures with enhanced lighting throughout the building, while also removing and updating several electrical panels to meet current standards and support long-term reliability.
